We offer a wide range of Cruise and Learn holidays in the Pacific Northwest. Our sailing courses take place year round with sail instruction geared to suit your needs. By spreading our range out both on the inside and the outside of Vancouver Island allows us to offer courses that will present experiences suitable for different course levels. The inside provides ample opportunity to learn the basics while the outside will challenge the more experienced sailor that already has a solid foundation to build on. Summer conditions are usually gentle with the odd system thrown in to keep us on our toes. Most of our season is spent exploring on the inside enjoying the protection that Vancouver Island provides from the Pacific Ocean swells. 

Typical sailing courses run 5 – 9 days depending on how much time you have and what level of certification you are aiming for. Cruise and Learn holidays have you fully involved in all aspects of running the sailing vessel and trip. As well as learning to sail, navigate, docking and anchoring, everyone pitches in with daily routines so that you get a feel of what it will be like to be on your own boat.
